We are in-network with several major providers and offer clear paths for private pay clients to ensure our experiential growth programs remain accessible to adults and couples in Norman.

Policy & Respect

Timeframes

To provide consistent and dedicated care for all clients, we require at least 24 hours\' notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment. This timeframe allows us to offer the space to others waiting for support.

Fees

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours\' notice, as well as no-shows, are subject to a fee of $50. This charge ensures we can maintain the sustainability of our adventure therapy practices. After three no/call no shows of appointments client's will be automatically dischaged.

Rescheduling

Managing your therapeutic journey should be seamless. You can easily reschedule or cancel through your secure client portal, or by reaching out directly via phone or email.

Financial Hardships/ Sliding Scale Fee

Sliding Scale Fee Policy

My standard fee for a 50-minute therapy session is $150. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments for clients who may have financial difficulty accessing services.

Sliding scale rates are determined based on financial need and are available within the following ranges:

  • Tier 1: $150 (standard rate)

  • Tier 2: $120–$130 (moderate financial flexibility needed)

  • Tier 3: $90–$110 (financial strain)

  • Tier 4: $70–$85 (significant financial hardship; limited availability)

Sliding scale spots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Reduced rates are reviewed periodically (typically every 3–6 months) and may be adjusted based on changes in financial circumstances or availability.

Clients requesting a reduced fee are encouraged to choose a rate within the appropriate range that reflects their current financial situation. I may ask a few general questions about income, employment, and financial obligations to help determine an appropriate fee.

If a sliding scale rate is not available, I am happy to provide referrals to lower-cost resources in the community.

My goal is to balance accessibility with the sustainability of my practice so that I can continue to provide high-quality care to all clients.
